Why is this item being sold in UK? It is not compatible with our system. What a waste of time: the item will be returned.

Not UK compatible. This is a US machine and is 110V! Shame on Amazon for selling this here.

Great Machine. I used one in Canada so thought I would treat myself to one here in the UK. I went on Amazon UK and ordered one. Unfortunately it turn up with a USA plug an American voltage. Why list it on a UK Amazon site when it will not work here. I now have to return it. It does NOT state American use only. Very annoyed after buying 2 packets of K-Kup coffees too Grrr!

I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

It is absolutely perfect. It’s compact makes a small amount of noise while it’s brewing but that is expected with any coffee maker. I have the lavender color. It is adorable. I have a small home office. It doesn’t take up too much space and holds quite a bit of water for the size. There is a drip catch that comes with it and it holds the standard size K-cups What I didn’t like…all the coupons that came with it were expired! The registration could not be done online. After I scanned the code it took me to their website with an error message that I needed to call customer service. I was disappointed as there was another really great discount for quite a bit of K-pods that again I could not use as the offer expired. Great coffee maker for a dorm room or small office. Don’t bother with the coupons or the registration if you are a busy person. The entire unit is plastic which is great. It’s lightweight. Don’t hesitate if you need one. It makes a great cup of coffee.

I resisted getting a keurig K express coffeemaker. Because I thought I couldn't get strong enough coffee from kcups. I was wrong! I love the pale lavender color too. It's convenient and easy to brew a single cup at a time. One thing I will mention that wasn't in the description. The keurig water filters and holder as well as the cleaning solution and descaling solution are not included with coffeemaker. They are purchased separately. I had to come back a few days later to buy those. One other thing? I almost sent it back! Because I couldn't get it working to brew coffee. I finally figured out that you have to tightly push or snap brewer lid down until it kinda clicks.. Before it will light up to pick your cup Oz. Sizes. All in all I love it! Oh, it was also on a flash sale so I got a discounted price!
