Suggested Use: Make It. Bake It. Love It. You will need: 1/2 cup oil (canola or vegetable oil) 1/4 cup water 3 bananas Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9" by 5" loaf pan with oil or butter. In a large bowl, gently mash three ripe bananas with a fork. Add oil, water and the Everything But The Bananas Banana Bread Mix packet and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Lightly tap filled loaf pan on counter so batter settles evenly. Bake on middle rack of oven for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
