This radio cover/case/carrying bag was packed in a plastic cover and placed inside exact size cardboard box. So packing --Very GoodAs usual delivered quite fastDimensions are perfect to keep Sa re ga ma Carvaan radio and its accessories.I bought black bag. The product has additional strap which can be directly wrapped around radio if you don't wish to carry radio inside case.Quality of case is good. There is no "white stripe" which is shown on listing page.Really nice and useful product.Thank you very much for making such quality product.Honestly i am not sure how much it would be used however I have a kid at home, so i can assure it would be safe from him ideas of destruction.

We can not use caravan while playing with this cover. One has to bring out and play which is not worth, it should be designed as we can cover it while playing it.

Unfortunately I am not able to give 0 . One of the most pathetic products ever. Since the day we got this we are struggling and worst part is the support is pathetic. I would strongly recommend not buying this product.If we play artist as Lata, Rafi or any other artist it plays same song. Even if we change mode to sad songs it plays same song.After the visit from technition he now says motherboard and other chips also needs to be replaced.This is new from factory and it has tons of issues.I am feeling so sad that I purchased thisBTW my complain number is 35566 if saregama is reading this and care to respondI was expecting this model to be replaced but I was told replacementbhappens in first 10 days only. Even if the product does not work and has tonnes of problems nobody is responsible it is my mistake a bought a faulty product.

Using it regularly. Battery life is very good. Adaptor for power supply got burnt 2nd day. Charging using USB cable from laptop.Collection of songs is very good. Doesn't have the option to choose a song, which is actually good thing. I can just turn it on and listen and not meddle repeatedly to choose a particular song

To protect my Saregama Carvaan, I bought this cover so that the set remains brand new and dust and scratch free. As the set is usually not valued by "new" generation, it gets tossed off the sofa quite often. But I need that good music system to stay viable.

Outstanding Carvaan Saregama Music SystemIt has all features as described.In remote discharged cell was supplied .I purchased new cell from market & then remote started working.Any how fully satisfied P N Misra
