This product has been amazing for me! It seemed to work immediately, and after taking it for 1 month, I haven't had one episode of night sweats since. I'm peri-menopausal, and I was previously waking every night, saturated. I'm sleeping better, and my anxiety/tension has reduced. I honestly couldn't have asked for more!

I bought these primarily because I had been recommended sage to help with hot flushes. Since taking them, I’ve not had night sweats and less hot flushes in the day. I’ve also been feeling generally a bit better overall so I guess they must be working! They’re quite pricey, but if you break it down, it works out to about 50p a day, and I’m happy to pay that to get a better night’s sleep!

I actually added these to my save and subscribe list but when I realized that there wasn't any difference in my symptoms I cancelled them. It's different for other individuals. Trial and error in my case. In any case It's good to try different options to see what works for you. 😊

I was skeptical but having had to stop HRT I was being driven crazy with hot flushes among other things. They were happening constantly and my hair and clothes were getting drenched it was so bad. I have been taking these for a few weeks now but not sure if I should continue. The reason I started taking them was the sleepless nights and hot flushes. As soon as i took one before bed I was out like a light and didn’t wake up. Until my husband made me. However I felt exhausted although the day I fund it hard to drive and my concentration has hit the floor. I just wonder if anyone else has felt like this and dose this feeling go away?

The product was easy to swallow, had no fun taste and started to work pretty quickly. I felt less tired throughout the day. no brain fog feeling or anxious. I have already ordered couple of times.
