Easy to build and great for home workout

Love love love this ,vaule for money....you would think this is easy to use, on 1st attempt it ain't.but after that ,you'll get the hang of it and be comfortable also if you do the excersise daily you will feel and see great results.

Seems like a really good workout, it does really work the lower abs. The only thing is that the knee rest part of the machine doesn't seem to be as sturdy as it should be. Other than that, good machine.

This little machine is unreal you can literally feel the burn, i put it together in about 15mins came with instructions & is well worth the money
