I put these in my veggie baked beans for potlucks. Very very good, and the price is great!

Okay, I really like these things. They are crunchy, they taste just like bacon, they hold up in salads, and they are made from soy. Now, my only reservation is that they currently cost TWICE as much as they have the entire time I've been purchasing them!! What's the deal??
