Within the first two weeks this phone is already proved itself, I had gotten this for my grandfather as a replacement for his old one as the ringer had stopped working properly. He accidentally jumped into the pool with this phone in his pocket and left it in there for a good 10 minutes before he noticed and he was worried he had ruined his phone.After giving a few good shakes and blowing out the speaker port on the front, this phone was working good as new and is like it never ended up in the pool which is pretty impressive for a flip phone like this! This also sports micro SD expansion in the back, So you can load up a card and put your own ringtones in if you so choose.this may be no large name brand, but it's a flip phone it doesn't have to be anything fancy, so I'm happy this does the job and help me keep in touch with my grandfather by keeping him out of trouble and having to buy a new phone.

Grandma's old flip phone had a battery that only lasted a day and a replacement cost about as much as a new phone, so got this. As she is in her 90s and not good with tech, teaching her to use a smartphone was a no go. I attached a breakaway lanyard easily. The screen is clear and bright, resolution is typical for this type of phone. There a double cover to the battery and sim card slot, so seems robust enough if dropped to not have the back cover and battery pop out. The Type C charge port has a rubber cover that is a little annoying, but the battery is good enough to only need charging once a week and keeps dust out. It has a flashlight and an SOS button we haven't tried yet.We use the phone with Tello service which is a T-Mobile MVNO and works fine. She hardly ever makes any calls, more using the phone as a clock LOL, but have not had any issues. We do wish it had 5g as the coverage in the area is better than 4g LTE, but is better than her old flip.The buttons are large and menu system is standard for flip phones (top left and right buttons for menu / contacts). She doesn't use the internet, so not sure how good the browser experience is on it. For typing there is T9 and several other styles to choose from. Adjusting all the settings for ringtone volume, time etc are straight forward and easy. Call quality seems fine as well and reception is better than her old 4g phone (we used the same sim card).

My teen is very satisfied with this phone. Although he was disappointed it did not come with a slim card. He doesn't care about extra features or tech. Just wants it to function as a phone for making and receiving calls. And fold up so it won't get broken in his pocket.

I wanted to get a phone for my kiddo (10y), because she’s been asking for one - though I feel strongly about her not using certain apps and whatnot, so I was happy to have found this option. The buttons are fairly large and it looks as it does in the product images in both color and appearance. It does the basics so she can call her friends, and text all the same, which is really the best fit for my comfort when it comes to her safety and age. The phone feels solid and durable so I don’t have fears it’ll break too easily, which is great because she’s already dropped it once and it’s fine. If you’re looking for something fairly solid and simple - this is an excellent option.

Very functional and so far long battery life. Use this as a back phone and a plus that it comes unlocked. Very nice quality for a simple phone. It serves its purpose. Great buy.

I read it had Android and maybe on the back end it does, but I couldn't find a way to add any apps. It seems sturdy, but it also is pretty bulky and I wouldn't recommend it for those reasons. If you want something very VERY basic and no options to add apps, then it MAY be okay. Not for me though.

This is a really nice phone to give to your kids. It limits them on what they do and dont allow them to be on social media. Battery life really lasts a long time and the sound quality of the calls are very clear. Super cheap in price and very easy to use. Nice phone to have.
