It's not new, remanufactured
In the ad it appears to be a new alternator. It is actually remanufactured! no wonder why it is so cheap, remanufactured should be in the item description.

Great fit at a reasonable price. Why pay more for the same item, and never leave the house comes right to the door.

Defective from factory.
Installed the alternator and it did not work. Took it to Autozone to have it checked out by a second source. Failure confirmed. Recommend having it tested before installation to save on labor in case it is defective from the factory. Amazon is replacing the alternator.
