本物のハチミツ。味はおいしいです。料理にも使ってます。本物のため、冬場は白く固まります。それぞれの家庭の気温にもよりますが、我が家ではガチガチに固まることはなく。固めではありますが、トロッとスプーンですくえています。大容量でお得でした。

美味しい蜂蜜で、しかも大容量でこの品質は有難いです！マシュマロなど作る時に気軽に使えます！

まず瓶の方を先に購入して美味しかったのでプラ容器の方も購入しました。プラ容器の方に期限の印字がされて無かったのでこちらにも印字して欲しいです。賞味期限が知りたいのでは無くいつこの容器に入れたかの推測が出来るからです。印字が無かったので信頼性に疑問を感じました。せっかく味は良いので改善してもらえたらと思います。クリーミーな結晶化された使い勝手の良いはちみつです。液状でないので外出先にも持参してます。

まろやかな味で美味しくてたまらない

美味しくてお得。純粋ハチミツでこのお値段はなかなか無い。

届いたその時少し味見したのですが、なんともまろやかな今までのハチミツの甘みとは違うしつこくない甘さでとても美味しい😋

他のメーカーのイタリア産ラベンダー蜂蜜を購入して食べたら、とても香りが良くおいしかったので、今回は、カナダ産のこの蜂蜜とそばの蜂蜜を同時に購入しました。ラベンダーと同じ白い固めの蜂蜜で味はまずまずおいしいのですが少し癖のある香りでマイナスとしました。天然なのでラベンダー蜂蜜と比べるのが初めから間違っているのでしょうが、お買い得とはいえ、初めから３キロではなく、小さいのにしとけば良かったなと少し後悔しています。そばの方は、皆さんが書いていることを参考にして小さいのを購入したのでこんなものかなと納得しています。蜂蜜は、他の方のレビュー内容からカナダから直接届くものと勝手に解釈していましたが、大阪にある化粧品などの輸入会社のシールが貼付してあり、この会社経由のようです。なので、出荷元 / 販売元としてONEROOTだけを前面に押し出しているのに少し疑問を感じました。参考にしてください。

このクリーミーな蜂蜜は、常温では強いとろみとねばりがあり、非常にゆっくりとした流動のため、サラサラ蜂蜜のようにチューブボトルやスティックで垂らして使うのには向かず、バターやジャムのようにガラス瓶に移し替えてスプーンですくってパンなどに塗るのがベストに近い使い方だと感じてます。 穏やかな風味となめらかな舌触り、香りもきつくなく、自然なコクがあります。朝食時の理想量はスプーン1杯（約8g）と意識していますが、粘度が高いためつい山盛りになりがちです。脳への栄養と血管の健康バランスのために、一食での摂りすぎに注意しながら、大切に使っています。

This is honestly one of the best honeys I have ever tasted i tried a snap spoonful at work and instantly started ordering a jar me and my family love it it had such a smooth creamy consistency great sweetness. The smell is amazing and the white look it has is from being creamed would make you think it wasn't raw honey

Love this honey, taste great and never had a quality issue with it

I received my order of this honey within a good timeframe of ordering it and was pleased with quick service. Actually this was the second time I ordered this honey as really enjoyed the taste of it and used it every day. It didn't have that overly sweet taste that some honeys have, just a real clean, pleasant tasting honey. I order it by the bucket as I eat it so often that ordering by the jar just didn't make sense. Also it's Canadian honey and is raw and unpasteurized. This fits the bill. Good purchase.

I don’t like honey. This is not honey. This is delicious, amazing, yummy, dreamy, creamy liquid. I have never had a honey I liked until this one. Even trying other organic, raw, Canadian honey. My daughter suggested I try the Peace River honey and so I did as it’s less expensive and proudly Canadian too. It has a very sour end note to it which is certainly not your friend in the hibiscus tea I’m trying to use up as that is also sour. I had my husband who doesn’t just not like honey, but who actually hates honey do a taste test between the two yesterday. He cautiously gave them both a sniff and said he already knew mine would be better just by the smell of it. He bravely ventured on and tried them both and of course One Root won out. This is the only honey I’ve ever liked. I could literally eat this like ice cream. It’s also a great hiccup remedy. If you have the hiccups just swallow down a spoonful and they are immediately gone. One Root is definitely worth the higher price tag! I’m going to try it in the hibiscus tea today and see if it helps to improve the flavour any. I may update on that later.
