I believe in probiotics. One of my issues is that this one is a single strain. If only want a single strain that is fine, but I feel it limits effectiveness. My second issue is that you have to take 3 of them as a serving. With 240 pills at 3 per serving, you end up with 80 servings. If you are like me and you prefer subscribe and save that becomes awkward as 90 days is too long and 60 days would be too short. The one advantage of having to take three at a time is that it lets them be made a smaller size. This means that it is easier if you have trouble swallowing larger pills. However, I feel they should either make these as 180 or 270 per bottle.

I've been taking the recommended 3 tablets a day for a week now and haven't had any negative effects or change from my usual probiotics. I've been taking probiotics daily for years so I'm use to them no matter the brand. I like to occasionally change the types---usually I use a more broad spectrum---but this one is totally fine. I do tend to prefer the capsules to little tablets like these as they tend to go down smoother. Sometimes the tablets feel like they kind of stick in the throat. It's not a big deal and is just personal preference. The labeling looks clean and the date code is 08/26.

I love these. Great price. Serving size is 3 tablets which means the bottle lasts 80 days. Keep in a cool dry place which means it does not need to be in the refrigerator. Bottle is black to block all the light. I've been taking them for a few weeks and all is good. No negative side effects and I feel great. I will be getting more of these so I can continue taking them daily.

This is a great probiotic! I am familiar with the active ingredient and know it is commonly prescribed and recommended as a probiotic supplement. This product seems to be of great quality at a great price, I was impressed with the value for $10 for an 80-day supply. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone who takes probiotics already or is interested in trying them for their gut issues (of course always double check with your doctor first before trying any new supplements and make sure there are no interactions if you already take medications or have any chronic conditions).

I have taken probiotics for many years, and these work well for me. The instructions say to take 3 pills per day for a total of 30 billion cultures, but I only take 1 per day and they help to keep my tummy calm. The small size of the pill makes them easier to swallow for me. I'm always on the lookout for a good probiotic and I'm happy to have these.

I've been taking probiotic supplements daily for at least 15 years and can't say enough good things about probiotics in general. Once you start taking a high-quality probiotic, you'll notice it almost immediately. Good gut flora is huge, and most people just don't eat well enough to have it. That's where probiotics come in. What makes a good probiotic is high CFUs (50 billion or higher), wide variety of bacteria, shelf stability, and enteric coatings. This product contains none of these. In order to get to 50 billion CFUs you would have to take 5 of these pills daily. That's a lot. This probiotic only contains 1 strain of bacteria, Lactobacillus Acidophilus. Not nearly enough strains to do much good. There is nothing in this description that states that this product is shelf stable which means that most likely most of the bacteria would be dead when you receive the product. Finally, this probiotic is not enteric coated. These pills will dissolve in your mouth completely within seconds. This means they do not make it down to the intestines and colon where they need to be. They are getting burned up in your stomach from the stomach acids. I would look elsewhere for a better-quality probiotic.
