This product works exactly as intended. I gave the picture quality 4 stars only because the average run of the mill everyday person expects everything to be perfect. The honest truth, on stepping down from HDMI to Composite this device has superb picture quality considering. The device is as simple as “plug-and-play”, so anyone should be able to install it. Cable lengths are optimal as well, not too long and not too short, just the right amount to work with(also includes and hdmi extender plug just in case!) Overall I totally recommend this product! Plus, the price is really good ;)

I am so pleased with buying this product especially from this seller. I needed to hook my old TV 2 an HDMI cord to watch my fire stick and I had trouble initially with setting it up the seller got back to me very quickly with answers to my questions and went step-by-step through how to get it connected and it works beautifully. And they save me a ton of money because I wasn't ready to buy a new TV. I even got a follow-up email a few weeks later making sure I was okay and asking if I needed any additional help I've never seen sellers do this and going out of your way to please and taking the time really means a lot and I thank you so much

This thing does not work as described. The picture was only in color for a couple days and now all I get is black and white. This is the case with a fire stick and a Roku. Avoid and buy something else! I would send this piece of junk back if I still had the box.

This item hooks up easily and definitely provides a way to watch HDMI on an old analog TV. The picture was grainy though. Definitely not sharp like it would be on either straight RCA cables or straight HDMI. Seems to be a degraded signal. For my specific purpose however, it did not work at all. I have two houses and DirecTV at both locations. one is a vacation home and I don't really feel like paying a hundred plus dollars a month anymore for DirecTV service there. I wanted to be able to transmit from my iPad or Samsung tablet from my DirecTV app (which I can watch anywhere legitimately) which I have based on my home service to the second TV without having to have the second DirecTV service. I was not able to do it with this. I have tried doing it with a direct line in with a USB c to HDMI cord, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, and now this. It is going to a regular big screen TV but using the yellow white and red leads in. The app does not allow the video to be transmitted over any HDMI cable out of the source to the target viewing item. As I have plenty of other viewing options including Vudu, Movies Anywhere, Netflix and Amazon Prime Movies as well as the many apps on the Apple TV and Roku boxes in addition to many DVDs and Blu Ray discs. Probably just going to cancel the service anyway.

I needed to purchase this cable because I have an old TV that I wanted to use a Roku premier with . I chose this type because the cables were included rather than getting a separate converter box . It seems well-made and works just as described . It does have a shorter USB cable to provide power which you do need to use . Luckily I have satellite box in the same area as well as routers and a modem that I plugged into to provide power to the device

Used to convert Fire Stick to RCA input on older TV. Worked beautifully when it worked. Input would go in and out if wires moved or were touched.

I’m really please with this cable, I needed something for my daughters to use in the car and it works perfect! It’s very easy to install, if you have any trouble and the image it’s blurred try to configured the source to a less resolution or MHz.

Worked well at first. Picture quality is only as good as the TV you're hooking it up to. Died after 6-7 months, and I'd rather have an AC power supply than a USB power supply. USB?? We're talking about hooking this up to tube tv's and the like. Go with older access - a plug!
