Excellent product
It's a really good product. I was 130 lbs , now I'm 137. My weight has never passed 130 until I started taking these. It doesn't make you sleepy. I'm almost out of pills, but I think if I was a consistent eater I would have gained alot more weight. My goal is 150, and I'll be purchasing another bottle soon. I hope I reach 150 before July.

Makes me sick as f
This is making me so sick to my stomach ! 😭 I’m on my 4 th day and I just started feeling sick as f with these out of no where this is my 2nd day throwing up from these pills it’s taking a toll on how my day goes I couldn’t even move from my bed I felt like I was with drawing from something like I was about to faint and then I start feeling really cold! Day 3 and 4 I threw up and felt the same BAD CRAMPS couldn’t move from so much pain in my stomach it makes me feel like i ate something that’s been rotting for years ,TO THE POINT WHERE I WAS THROWING UP !i tried to think it was something I ate but I took the pill today and felt the same 😖

You've got to eat well when using this... it makes u hungry, gained 6lbs in 2 weeks after taking this and skipped meals due to my hectic lifestyle

3 week update make sure u do pilate type exercises and also squats and bridges with ensure 20 protein is the best to gain to mg butf in my opinion as well as genes
