Order carbon brushes
Perfect fit. Always go OEM when replacing these. Everything needed to do a complete replacement except for the carbon brushes. Fixed my problem straight away.

Great repair part.
My Bosch jackhammer overheated and smelled like burning from the motor. I think I was sharing an outlet with somebody running a saw and starved it of juice. It would run after that but on extremely low power. After I installed the new armature it worked like a champ and has been going solid for a couple of weeks.. I ohm tested the amateur and it only had a slight variance on a couple of contacts, I took a risk and that was what solved the problem. Hope that helps.

Bosch Parts 1619P10864 armature
BOSCH RH540M hammer drill bit got jammed while drilling, burn out few armature windings and even thought drill turns at times, it no longer drills.Replaced with Bosch Parts 1619P10864 armature, perfect fit, fixed problem, now drill works great.
