If you are looking for a simple mouse pad with wrist support, this is the one.I needed a mouse wrist pad as my elbow has a tendency to hang down below the desk while holding the mouse, creating a pressure point at the wrist. This mouse pad and its integrated wrist rest solved that issue perfectly. I can go all day with no issue.Rest is soft and gently firm. Pad has a tacky, non-slip underside that sticks to the desk quite well. Size is just right for being able to mouse around with your wrist staying put.Quality is good. The fabric resists staining and tearing, feels nice, and the mouse movement resistance is just right.Some considerations:1. Don't move it around, as this will attract dust/dirt to the underside surface and make it less effective. However, it can be easily cleaned with just water to bring the tackiness back.2. Ensure it lays entirely flat. My wife, bless her, moved it around my desk and left it in a position where a corner was was being folded upwards. This stretched out the under layer and now that corner is raised from the desk. Cosmetic.

This mouse pad does alleviate some stress on the wrist. I also like that the bottom of the pad is a very shiny rubberized layer that sticks well to table or desk surfaces, so the mouse pad stays in place.
