Brilliant product, was a bit daunted by taking on ceramic coating the car, but it went on like a dream, used with Evo - never had such a slick finish to the paintwork, but as ever the preparation is key. Highly recommend

Superb pro-sumer genuine ceramic coating. I am an amateur car valeter and I look after 6 to 8 family cars. I taught myself to paint correct using a DA 12mm throw machine and a selection of pads and compounds. Now when family buy a new car and the dealer does that upsell of trying to get them to spend a thousand on a ceramic coating they so no, Dad will do it for cost of materials. I have now done 5 cars with GT CSL and if your follow the rules, it is a top class ceramic coating. 1 Wash the car thoroughly and dry. 2 Claybar car to removed bonded contaminants. 3. wash and dry once more. 4 Paint correct using a DA polisher and a fine cut compound. 5 Use IPA or panel prep on each panel, I do this twice. 6 follow the instructions and apply the CSL to half a panel at a time and wait until it flashes over ( 60 secs to 90 secs). Level with one microfibre cloth then buff a wider area with second microfibre cloth. Keep your levelling cloth and your buffing cloth apart from each other, maybe have different colours. Work around the car until you have done all the painted surfaces. Allow to cure undercover for 12 hours. Consider adding two coats of G Techniq EXO on top , again following the guidelines or using a spray topper like G Techniq C2V3. I have another car to do for my DIL so I will be buying another bottle soon. It doesn't matter how old the car is, as long as you do a full decontamination wash and paint correction. the oldest car I have done is 12 years old and it now looks better than showroom condition as there are no swirl marks. I really enjoy working with G Techniq products and my family love having clean , well detailed cars.

I was a bit hesitant given the price point, but this is truly excellent. Definitely aimed at the DIY customer, with ease of application, but I would suggest at least having some experience.Applied to I30N (same size as Ford focus) and completed the whole vehicle with some liquid left over. Following the steps included was a breeze. If you have a spare weekend to do this I would definitely recommend, the prep is key (I used the Gtechniq panel prep spray). Deep clean and clay bar needed but well worth the effort.Will see how well it holds up throughout the winter then will be buying more to coat other vehicles.

Good quality product. Easy to apply

Went on very easily with no fuss. It doesn't haze and is barely visible on the paintwork which is slightly unnerving. I put it onto a brand new car with no swirl marks or paint defects so it was hard to see a huge step up in the finish. It rained the day after the application and you could clearly see the great beading as a result of the coating. Would recommend

So far so good. I paid to have my old Bentley Continental GT machined polished by my bodywork guy, he said that he then applied some kind of protective wax. It was rubbish, no bubbling up when it rained etc... So with the car now nicely buffed I made the tentative leap to apply a ceramic coat on my own. IIt was really easy to apply, but you need to be slow and careful, take your time, cover NO MORE than a 2 foot dquare area before polishing off. My car is a large car and I just managed to do the whole car with this bottle, not enough left for my wheels. I applied it 4 weeks ago and as my title stated so far so good, really good product and good value, how long it protects my paintwork is the only remaining question. For under £50 and 2 hours steady work it is a damn good job done! Recommended! Edit - Bought another jar to do my other car, same results - All Good.

Easy to apply. Providing you follow the instructions to the letter this is an easy application. Most important thing is to ensure that once the product has cured to remove all traces of excess otherwise this will prove difficult to remove once hardened. Excellent Shine once buffed up.

Have used this for the first time and it’s fantastic. I looked at lots of reviews and this was so easy to apply and then buff off. Hard work is preparing the bodywork and removing all small swirls , scratches. Buying another one as one bottle really only covers one car.
