Well priced premium scraper
This was a well priced scraper. The metal doesn't extend the same length as the wood so there is a slight void when holding the scraper.

Commercial kitchen quality.
This is the standard commercial dough scraper. Everyone who cooks should have one. I use mine for moving ingredients from the cutting board to the pan, for scraping pasta dough off the rolling board, portioning dough, etc. It’s pretty basic, heavy duty, and of commercial quality.
