works perfect as a docking station
I purchased to replace one very similar to it that I purchased about 4 years ago during the pandemic. The issue with the older one it some devices would just stop working when attached via the hub so i had disconnnect and reconnect them directly to the laptop. I have had ZERO issues with this unit over the lasst few weeks and it even works really well with my external camera. I also like the power button on the top of the device.

Very good docking station
The docking station works well and offers a lot of features. I had an issue with it and reached out to the manufacturer. They helped troubleshoot it and decided to send a new replacement. Very good customer service.

Using with 2screen monitors is an apple Mac iOS issue
Updated review: Seller offered full refund, unsolicited, just because of my earlier review at the end of this message. After days of research, determined this is an Apple Mac IOS issue. It will not support two independent monitors properly from one USB C port. Pretty dumb with only 2 ports on the laptopDo not need a refund. Do need a second dock with an hdmi connection for 2 monitors.(which I fortunately had and was thoughtful enough to try) Baseus product is fine and seller response is outstanding.My original review:Used for an apple MacAir Laptop 2025 - took multiple tries to get any functionality - hdmis didn't want to connect at all at first. but it worked after multiple plugins and un plug tries; seems to work fine now after multiple on off cycles. one issue though was it treated 2 monitors as if they were only 1 monitor. I got around this by attaching another port splitter I already had which has another hdmi port and it all works fine that way.

Solid Upgrade with a Few Trade-Offs
I've been using the new docking station for a few weeks in my WFH setup, and overall, I’m very satisfied. It has a compact footprint, which saves space on my desk, and it offers plenty of ports to support all my peripherals—everything just works. One of my favorite features is the button on top that acts as a lock button—simple but convenient.This is the new version designed for PC, and while it performs well, I do miss a couple of features from the previous model. The small LCD screen on the front was a great way to see at a glance what was connected. I also liked the removable base, which gave the dock a bit more stability—wish they’d kept both.One thing to note: if you plan to charge your laptop through the dock, you’ll need to buy an A/C adapter separately. This version doesn’t include one, but 100W adapters are easy to find on Amazon.
