While you can certainly find a similar product for less money, you won’t one better than this. The oil is pure, clean, and high quality; meaning, there are no added ingredient’s, or extra additives that are unnecessary. Also, it doesn’t have any nasty aftertaste, or fishy burps associated with it. The effects are very noticeable, and I find right away that I have more energy throughout the day, and mentally I feel sharper, and I feel more able to flex my mental muscles. It also seems to help in my quality of sleep, and my dream recall. There is virtually no downside, there’s no bad taste, no bad smell, and overall it’s easy on my stomach. The only downside is the price, which isn’t cheap, but in my opinion, if you’re going to splurge on supplements, you might as well go for the highest of quality, or opt to not buy supplements at all. Another bonus, is that these do not have to be refrigerated after opening, and it doesn’t have a rancid smell even at room temperature. I highly recommend this product, and these are the only fish oil capsules that I’ll buy. The capsules are smaller, and easy to take. The only downside is that one dose is 3 capsules, but with everything else going for it, I don’t necessarily think of it as a bad thing. But it should be noted, one bottle of 90 capsules is roughly a one month supply. 10/10.

I love that you don’t taste the fish when you burp after. Super easy to swallow and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I haven’t taken it long enough to say I can tell a huge difference but it’s one of the better quality supplements I’ve invested in and I’m not upset about it.
