Very interesting book about vaccination and childhood illnesses by the compassionate and humane Dr Tom Cowan. Wish he was my doctor.

I do not often leave reviews. However, this book deserve a good one. The quality is great and the content is very informative, in particular for an individual who wants to treat / reverse / improve any autoimmune condition (eczema, allergies, asthma etc). My daughter had eczema and following an extensive research I successfully treated her from the condition as I did not want to accept that nothing I could do! This book has practical and easy to implement solutions. All is required time and commitment.

Very interesting read & well explained in non-medical jargon. Lots of common sense stuff that we have been brainwashed into disbelieving.

If you ever wonder why there are so many auto-immune conditions (e.g., eczema, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis etc) around this book will shed light on this. Those, who appreciate medical professionals sharing their knowledge in accessible way, will enjoy this book. It also offers practical advice on restoring health.

Very well written in a friendly, accessible but very keen scientific way from a long-standing physician with a wealth of clinical experience.

Excellent read, great perspective and easy to understand. I just wish there was a bit more to read I was wanted to keep on going.
