Popped it open, blank RAM slot. 8mb is soldered to mb. Plugged in 32mb and restarted. Ran Microsoft RAM test. Fully compatible. Instant improvement, everything loads faster than you can be ready for! Installed to enable Cubasis music creation app. Wow. Very stable. Get it.

Worth the money and quality!
The media could not be loaded. Very satisfied to choose this brand!My laptop is a Gigabyte G5 KE, default 16GB dual channel RAM (2 sticks of 8GB RAM, same brand = Crucial). After purchasing, I was already planned to upgrade SSD (1 empty slot) and RAM to 40GB (32GB + 8GB).So far, my laptop is more comfortable for multitasking. With a lifetime warranty, of course I have more peace of mind.I wish Crucial more success in developing and implementing the latest technology into their products; just like my 2TB SSD from WD, which is DRAM-less but the read/write speed still good (3,500 MB/s) and TBW (endurance) remains huge at 900TBW.Way to go Crucial!

32GBはちょっと(物理的に)厚い気がします
こちらの32GBを2023年1月に購入して、Thinkpadに挿して全く問題なく使っておりましたが、2025年の6月になって、メモリスロットが故障(ハンダの剥離)してしまいました。その際に、検証のため他のメモリなども用意して、Thinkpadに挿してテストしたのですが、こちらの32GBだけスロットに挿したとき力を入れて押すとテコの原理的にぐらぐらすることがわかりました。他のメモリはそこまで動かずしっかり固定されている感じです。ちょっとチップの厚みが大きめで、メモリスロットに常にテンションが掛かり続けていて、最初は問題なかったものの2年5カ月でスロットのハンダが剥がれてしまったのかもしれないです。こちらのメモリのCrucialの公式ページのスペックには厚みに関する数字がありませんが、最近のThinkpadはメモリの厚みは3.7mmを想定しているようで（純正メモリも3.7mmです）それより厚いと少し負担がかかるのかもしれません。スペック表にしっかり厚みが記載されているメモリも結構ありますので、これからはスペック表に厚みがはっきり記載されたメモリを買うことにします。もちろんこちらは2年5カ月後もメモリ自体は全く故障しておりませんし悪い商品ではありませんが、厚みに関しては注意した方が良いのかもしれません。
