Really comprehensive list of ingredients but for me it's do I feel any different after taking it and is it a positive difference. This stuff and Tudca have a positive impact on the way I feel. I know everyone is different and just because it works good for me that won't always translate into the same for you but I can recommend you give it a try and see if it works for you. Sometimes finding the right stuff is a journey.

For the first time in over a year my liver panels are normal on my blood work. I had a major infection last year that made me septic and jaundice.

What hooked me was learning that a fatty, congested liver can make it very difficult to lose weight…Ive gained 20lbs the past year, even though eating less garbage than ever before in my life. I have been taking these now for two months and have had no problems with them whatsoever. Will finish the third bottle and order more. I bought this item and have been using it for three weeks. First of all I haven’t seen any change second make sure you take it at night because it makes you very sleepy. The minute you sit you fall a sleep. It is not good for driving. Nothing is said on the bottle what it could do to you or how long it takes to see any results. Just becareful using this product.

Two years ago I had my gallbladder removed Doctor really didn't tell me what I needed to do other than he said try not to eat so many fatty foods. I gained weight I tried different things but nothing was working. I bought this product two days ago. Before my metabolism was just terrible stools were not normal. I eat an Asian diet which means rice vegetables fruit and chicken or fish. After the first day of trying this product everything changed. My sleep improved my bathroom visits improved My energy is improved. Why didn't my doctor tell me about these sort of things that when you have a gallbladder removed you need to add things so your liver works proper. I bought this hoping it would help. This pill actually increased my blood sugar and did nothing to help my alt or ast for liver on my labs. I'm not sure this pill works well, I just didn't see or feel a difference.
