少々、臭いますが、良く眠れます。就寝２時間くらい前に飲むと良いです。寝る間際にのんでも 効き目は出にくいと思います。

ベンゾジアゼピン系の離脱でなかなかやめられず 他のサプリも使おうと思いこちらを用いましたが 自然な眠気がやって来て良い感じに寝る事が出来ます。 匂いは酷いですが、飲んでしまった後ばどうでもいいことです。

効果は不明。ただ朝眠い・・ってのが減ったような・・？ 猫が異常にこの匂いに反応します。マタタビとはちょっと違う反応です。 臭いが酷いのでリピートはないかな・・

よく眠れるようになっただけでなく、いびきもなくなりました。おそらく個人差があると思うので自分だけかもしれませんが。

This works great for helping you get to sleep, and to stay asleep. It works fast, and also has a very short half-life of 1.1 hours, which means it fully wears off within 6 hours, so you will not feel groggy in the morning. But this also means you should not take it 30 mins before bed. Take it immediately before laying down, because then the effect will last longer, to help you stay asleep. It starts to kick in within just 5 to 10 mins. I usually take 2 pills when I decide to take it (1,000 mg total valerian). It has a pleasant, relaxing, earthy smell with subtle floral overtones. The people who say it smells bad are simply prejudging the smell. It is all in their heads. It is psychological. For example, if someone never smelled or tasted cheese before, and then suddenly smelled it when they were 30 years old, they would say "That's disgusting. It smells like foot fungus." Yet if the same person had grown up up eating cheese, they would correctly experience that it actually has a delicious smell and taste, even though the smell is almost identical to foot fungus. Cheese contains bacteria that make the exact same aromatic chemical compounds that a fungus does, so it literally IS the exact same fundamental smell, and yet you react in 100% opposite ways to cheese versus foot fungus. What something smells like is not what determines whether or not you like the smell. If you know that it is sanitary, and you like how it makes you feel, then you will learn to love the smell, as long as you do not have psychological blocks preventing that. The smell of valerian root is an acquired smell. You learn to genuinely love it, because you begin to associate it with the pleasant feelings of relaxation that it gives you -- as long as you allow this to occur.

When taking the recommended max dose of 2 pills it does seem to produce a slight calming effect. Overall achieves the desired effect before bed time. I use a tissue when handling these pills or the foul smell sticks to the fingers and hard to wash off.
