Perfect for the trail, these shorts feel comfy and lightweight which is perfect for the Arizona summer heat. The fit is not too loose and not too tight which is great in my opinion. The drawstring to adjust waist sizing is a nice touch. I like the 2 main pockets are big as well as a hidden zip pocket for smaller items like snacks. The color I ordered looks nice in my opinion as well and understated though if you wanted to try other colors, Adidas does provide a decent variety.

These Adidas men's Terrex multi-light trail running shorts comes with the shorts themselves and features a drawstring and large front pockets. What I really like about it is how comfortable these shorts are and how well they fit. Build quality feels solid as the shorts seems well made with no obvious stitching or paneling defects which gives support in this being of high quality and long lasting durability. The color of the shorts is accurate as shown. Performance wise, in my testing these shorts work very well holding up to a 5K run without any issues. For the price, these running shorts provides a lot of value for both on trail and off. Overall, highly recommend this item. 5/5

These are great running shorts. They are comfortable and well made. They are loose without looking baggy and present a sporty profile. I particularly like the seven inch inseam version I ordered. Some running shorts with shorter inseams tend to ride up too much for my comfort. These shorts hang just about right, whether I am sweating or not. Fit was good for me. I have a 33 inch waist and ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. While it does not have a built-in lining, it is easy enough to add whatever undergarment you might prefer. Sometimes the built in linings bind the wrong way, so I am happy to choose my own undergarment. Very nice shorts.

I like these shorts. No liner. They are light weight. I like the material. The pockets are small. So you would not expect to carry much, if you are running you really won't want anything in the pockets anyway. There is a zippered Pocket centered on the back of the shorts, too small for a phone but an id or car keys would fit well. They placement would prevent awkward moment. I would buy again.

Fit: The fit is almost perfect. The XL feels just a little snug (digs into legs when squatting, not 100% range of motion). Comfort: Fabric choice aside, they feel nice to wear and have a lot of breathability(I really dislike that polyester feel and sound, but it's hard to find running shorts that aren't like that). Functionality: Losing some points here for how shallow the pockets are. It is hard to find running shorts with decent pockets, but my plus-sized phone will not stay in the pocket with any kind of walking or running. At best, it sticks out halfway. I understand not making the pockets hang so deep that they're below the hem line (that just looks silly), but the pocket is sideways in the shorts and making it just a little wider would make it a lot more functional. Durability: Time will tell, but so far these have held up well to a couple of workouts and washes. The decals show no signs or cracking or peeling, basically no shrinkage, and the drawstring didn't come out (surprisingly common). Overall, I think these would be great shorts for most people, but they aren't perfect. Given the price I'd say it's about average value. If you travel light (small/no phone, keys, wallet, etc) then these are probably right for you.

These are really cool, high quality running shorts. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but that’s my fault, so I’m giving them to my wife to use while she trains for a 5k this spring. The product is high quality, breathable, comfortable, and light - excellent for what they’re intended. They fit as expected considering the size - if I had ordered a large they would likely fit me. At an extra small, they fit my wife much like others have.
