I am way late to the easy way of chopping things. Here I am 57 years old, slicing potatoes by hand trying to get them even. Sure, it took about 20 minutes to slice them by hand but I didn't have one of these gadgets. Now, it takes me about 2 minutes. Blades are sharp and of good quality.
