Bought twice. The original design was not refillable and was returned. The new design IS refillable (if you can work out how to open it) but it does NOT have the panda on it.

It is made from bamboo and is strong but also biodegradable. The floss is vegan friendly and compostable which all aligns perfectly with a zero waste philosophy. The addition of plant based candelilla wax helps the floss glide smoothly between teeth, ensuring a comfortable and effective cleaning experience. It is flavoured with natural organic mint and leaves mouth feeling fresh after use. The pack comes with two charcoal infused bamboo floss refills as well as a stylish bamboo cylinder, making it a long lasting dental care solution. I like the strength and durability of this floss. It effectively removes food particles and plaque. The mint flavour is refreshing, adding a nice touch to the flossing experience. I enjoy using it and wholeheartedly recommend it

I love the design of this little floss kit with its excellent eco credentials. The tiny blade is sharp, but safe, and the texture and strength of the floss work well at removing all the bits from between the narrow gaps in my teeth. I also like the black colour of the thread which means that you can see what you've removed, and what parts of the floss you've already used. You get a refill too, so the whole kit should last me ages - and it's currently available at only £7.49 (reduced from £11.99) so I would definitely recommend buying one while it's on offer. NB: For all those reviewers who have complained about the bamboo container not being refillable, there are clear pictures on the website showing you how to remove the cap with the blade to change the floss. I must admit that I did find the top hard to get off initially, but then I am elderly, and a quick twist with a jar-opening gadget did the trick! It's been absolutely fine since.

I am a big proponent of flossing and am always on the look out for something that is less plastic heavy. The bamboo container for the floss looks really attractive and is a really nice size. The small cutting blade on the top works well to cut the floss to your desired length and also works as a pry bar to remove the lid to change the floss. The floss itself is a dream to use. The fibre is smooth and I found that it is not prone to snagging or fraying - I have a sharp section of tooth that frays most flosses but this one seems to be resistant to that. The black colour is apparently from activated charcoal, I just think it looks fun and it is certainly easier to find when I inevitably miss the bin after flossing my teeth. The taste is a lovely soft peppermint. Nothing overpowering just a lovely fresh flavour. I am definitely going to be purchasing some refills for my holder and may even purchase a second holder to throw in my work bag. At the time of review this kit comprising 2 spools of floss and the bamboo holder is on sale for £7.49 which provides excellent value for money.

I love this floss because it's made from bamboo rather than nylon. It's brilliant at removing gunk from between my teeth as brushing alone isn't enough for a thorough clean. It doesn't catch on my teeth and I like how it flattens when I'm using it to get between tight gaps and remove all residue. It has a pleasant minty flavour. The added charcoal is good for helping to remove stains. The little bamboo tube is pleasing and it's easy to use as the cutter is sharp yet safe, and it comes apart so that the floss can be replaced as there is an extra roll included. It's really good! I'm enjoying using this and my teeth are looking and feeling a lot cleaner as a result.

*** EcoYou Bamboo Floss | Mint & Candelilla Wax | 2 Refills & Bamboo Holder | Vegan & Biodegradable | Eco Floss *** The Good: This comes in a cardboard packaging, the vast majority of the container itself is wood, the floss is made of Bamboo (apparently). This is great for being eco friendly. You also get a decent amount of floss with this, one already loaded in the container and then a second one which you can use as a refill once the first runs out. Both refills total 60m so you do get quite a lot of floss to last you a long time. The floss does have a nice mint smell to it too, and it is easy to break off the length you want using the container. The Bad: The container feels very cheaply made. It definitely does not scream premium, that is for sure. The first few times I took the lid off, little bits of wood shavings fell off too. The price is pretty high, which is typical for eco friendly products, I suppose, but still hurts. You get 60m of floss for (at time of writing) £7.49. You could probably get 3-4 times that amount for that price buying standard floss. So I think they need to look at trying to get the price down in order to convince more people to switch to this more eco friendly version. The Controversy: I have noticed in a few reviews that people have complained about not being able to replace the floss. This just simply isn't true, at least with the version I have (can be seen in the pictures). Although it isn't super obvious, the top bit where the floss comes out of, does come off (mine came off by accident the first time). So you just need to pull that out to replace the floss. Conclusion: Would I buy this? Probably not at this price, but if it was a little cheaper than 100% yes. It isn't perfect by any means - it definitely needs to improve the quality of the container, especially for the price - but it does what it is meant to.

Was looking for a clean, non toxic organic floss, and this has been my favorite. Love the case it comes in, as it’s so easy to use, and looks great too! The floss is made from charcoal so it has the extra cleaning power. It’s strong, durable, and glides easily in between my teeth. Love this floss.

ottimo filo, temevo si spezzasse facilmente come quello in seta e invece è duro quaso come quello in lastica ma lo si può gettare nell'organico ottima schelta, ne prenderò altri

Tenía mis dudas con este hilo dental ya que es bastante más caro que los convencionales y leí algunas reseñas negativas pero a mí sinceramente me ha encantado. Es bastante resistente y deja una sensación de limpieza muy agradable después de usarlo. Además es recargable así que la próxima vez sólo compraré los recambios.

Nice packaging, good product, no plastic(nylon). Could be cheaper & more generous as it is bamboo imo.

Love the floss! Very strong and doesn’t break. However the wood container , which I also love , isn’t refillable sadly and as I thought it was . So once it’s empty I have to toss it which is sad cause it’s so cute
