Not really suitable for Japan
Excellent quality plug & socket but found that in Japan, few places have sockets with earth so only two flat prongs required. I can only imagine they would be invaluable in USA- but we’re not going there !

Don't Buy
Does not work at all bought to take away used once and filled with water should have sent back !!!!!
