I truly can't believe I'm writing this on the second day of taking these capsules. I have been bloated and a little "gassy" to say the least. I did some research and this type of food supplement seemed to calm the gut, I also read about the other benefits, such as calming and better sleep, just thought of those as an added benefit. Well, it's been magical, so quickly, the embarrassing "wind" issue stopped within hours. Unbelievable result. Whether its psychosomatic or not, it's helped. I'll carry on taking it for a while and then stop, see if the original problem returns. Like I said, I can't believe I'm writing this, I'm mostly sceptical to say the least.

I have been using Ashwaganda from my protein for a while as it instantly improves my stress levels. However, after switching to this affordable alternative I find that it doesn't work. I have went back to my protein. This stuff also smells horrible whereas the myprotein stuff smells fine.
