Use once and decide yourself ..
I was using gum but my jaw hurts so i tried this one but The mint flavour is too strong ...they say it masks nicotine flavour i but didn't like it ..

Needs more than Nicotex to reduce the crave
Gum is soft and quite sweet. Needs more gum to stop the crave for nicotine. Packing is brilliant and has small pull out papers to dispose the gums.

Fantastic Taste
