As advertised, this set is a nice inexpensive way to obtain 1930's through 1958 three cent US plate blocks. They are mostly commemorative plate blocks. For a remarkable amount of time, the US first class postage rate was maintained at three cents. One of the plate blocks, 1946 merchant marine stamp, was a little loose on the perforation but not severed.

Excellent variety and as always, the seller included an extra one! They are already mounted in my album! Great care taken in the packaging. I will buy from this seller again for sure!

I like being able to get stamps that are nifty. Normally I trust a company called Mystic Stamps but we are not married so I can go to other sources from time to time. Your prices are generally better, but the security of your people is worrisome. How it is possible to release deals, many of which I want but cannot afford, these so mean something deeper is at work. Still though there is no swindling nor fraud in my experience. In general you are fully trustworthy. (noah j polak)
