Cupping has always fascinated me, and during a late-night trawl for something to ease my back I ended up adding this twenty-cup OBLITOP kit to my basket. Inside the box is a hand pump, a flexible extension hose that helps you reach awkward angles, and a generous range of cup sizes. Most of them are on the larger side, ideal for shoulders, thighs, and that thick strip of muscle running alongside the spine. The polycarbonate feels reassuringly solid, the valves click shut with a tidy snap, and once you have pulled the air out, each cup hangs on like a limpet. I lay face-down for a good half an hour with three cups across my lower back and did not have to reseat a single one. The circular marks looked dramatic but settled in a couple of days.There are a few niggles. The instruction leaflet clearly came off an iffy translation programme, and the postage stamp diagrams are no help, so I ended up learning from a physiotherapist on YouTube instead. The narrow cups are a pain to clean properly, and if you drop one onto a tiled floor you can kiss it goodbye, they crack instantly.Still, for just over twenty pounds you get strong, consistent suction, loads of choice in cup size, and materials that feel as though they will last. Set aside an evening to watch a tutorial and sort out a cleaning routine, and it is a cracking bit of kit.

High quality cupping item, good for massage, and for cleansing purpose. I have this as my second set, as they are so useful, feels relieved after use. The usage is easy with the vacuum pump, gives right tension on tissue. I like this item, not expensive as well.

Plastic cups all cracked after first use

For the price, a very good beginners cupping set for personal at-home use. This set is not robust enough to be used in a commercial setting as there are some parts which aren't built for persistent use and cannot be washed easily to keep them sterile in a multi-person situation.The cups are set out in a varied series of sizes. The emphasis is on the larger cups with flat heads which are great for larger areas such as back, neat, head and legs. There are some smaller cups with are good for joints, ankles, feet and soles. There is a small quantity of curved head cups which fit very well around the knee and elbow joint - the trick is to draw the pump in rapidly a few times until a seal is created - otherwise they can fall off.The cups are hard plastic and can shatter if dropped onto a stone floor. You can buy silicon suction cup too, though the technique for those is slightly different to this set, as they need to be used with oil and can slide about using a massaging technique. I was shown how to use them too in a recent spa treatment.As a beginner, it is great to see there is a good range of different sizes in this set, the curved and flat heads means you can focus on tricky joints, flat and round surfaces. The suction works very well and holds fast. I kept some going for over 30 minutes. There was no loss of suction. The guidance for joints ive mentioned above works well to keep the cups intact for the smaller trickier spots.There is a set of light magnets included in the set and these are easy to fit and remove. Removal of the pump after fitting your cups single-handedly is not that tricky, once you practise a few times you find a knack for it.There is a pump extension included for difficult to reach areas when you plan to self-cup. The problem is you still need to place the cup in that area with your hand and remove the pump from the cup. This would mean you still need to ensure the area you're cuppings is reachable by your hand.I actually really like this cupping set for a beginner for individual use. The pump works well and ive not had any issues with operation.5 stars at the current price of around £25. I don't think i'd pay more for this set.

This is a great kit for the price. There's plenty of cups in varying sizes and the cups look well made and thick enough - the suction pump easily does the job and all the cups stay in place and keep their suction until you release them.The only negative is the instruction booklet, it's quite a let down & I wish it was bigger, more detailed and worded much better, lots of it doesn't make sense and is incorrect/poor English, I feel like you'll either need to invest in a proper book, look up some tutorials or research how to use them properly as I don't personally feel the booklet can be relied upon, the basic premise & cup placement may be correct but the diagrams are incredibly small and the wording is awful.I have experienced some pain relief albeit temporary - I don't think this is a One and Done thing. But to get started with cupping it is a really good kit but the information within it definitely needs improving.

I think this is a very nice quality and reasonably priced choice of cupping set if you're looking to try out cupping therapy at home, especially for the first time, and looking to explore it without investing a huge amount of money. Having tried these out now, I'd say they are definitely effective and easy to use. The quality is very good overall and you're able to smoothly utilise each piece of kit without risk of injury. The instructions are also really clear and these are easy to clean down as well. The price point is very reasonable in my opinion and these are very nice quality.

Surprisingly effective! This OBLITOP Cupping Therapy Set is genuinely a fantastic piece of kit – it’s easy to set up, simple to use, and feels sturdy in your hands (no flimsy plastic rubbish). The suction works well, and it’s definitely helped relieve some persistent back tension. You get plenty of cup sizes in the 20-piece set, and it's all very straightforward. If you’ve been curious about cupping, this one’s a great starting point.
