So after seeing someone use this on Instagram, I checked it out on youtube and it seemed like a nice bit of kit to bring to the gym to use after a workout when my muscles are warm. I have only done the floor exercises with it so far but am bringing it to the gym today to attach it to a bar to do some standing exercises.

Really helpful product - I have seen a big increase in flexibility since devoting more time and effort to stretching - and this makes it easy to do to maximum efficiency.One benefit is, it lets you get into a nice stretch position and then lock it in without much effort. This lets you watch a video / read a book whilst doing a mild continuous stretch for a prolonged period.i am sure this has helped me on top of the more intense stretching sessions I do a few times a week.The mark 2 version has extra padding on the loops and the buckles have been made stronger - so fixing a couple of early quibbles with the stretcher.Well worth the money.
