I got these Blue Diamond ranch flavored almonds as a snack. I really like a lot of the “Bold” Blue Diamond flavors but some have fallen short. While these ranch flavored almonds aren’t part of their “Bold” lineup they are flavored more than just salted. They were offered in the largest bag Blue Diamond has produced at 45 ounces which is nice. The bag weighed 2 pounds 13.7 ounces or 45.7 ounces. I measured out a 28 gram serving size based on the nutrition information on the back and it’s 22 almonds not the estimated 28 almonds as they say. I think the ranch flavor is pretty subtle and they have that dry roasted (somewhat hollow) texture. They’re okay, but I will stick with their bold flavors. I was a bit surprised when I learned that it takes quite a bit of water to produce a single almond! I might need to rethink my snack choices for the sake of my carbon footprint.
