The charger works perfectly. The controllers slide on easily and hold there tight fit not to tight to slide back off. The charger quickly chatges the batteries that I already had.Unfortunately, the included batteries were defective. The seller responded quickly to my problem and gave me a $10.80 refund. Luckily, I didn't need new batteries, and these were just backups.

Really good product!Only weird thing is instead of the classic green or blue when done charging, it's yellow.Other this minor quirky thing, it works like a charm on my son's Xbox360 Slim .

The charging station is great but the batteries don't work in my controller. The batteries did something weird when I plugged them into my controllers. The controls started working without me touching the buttons. It's like a virus or something

The charger stand seems nice, it charged the included batteries fine, but when I went to use the controllers the batteries somehow cause the analog sticks signal to be pinned in the up and right position so in game the character just looks straight up and spins. Swapped with the AA Battery pack no problem, swapped back to these problem occurs. This happened on two controllers with both included battery packs.

Needed a charger for my sons older xbox 360 and did not want to spend too much, this fit the bill and works grea. Came with two rechargeable batteries as well. Good deal. Good luck and Cheers!

You say to contact customer service, but I don't see anywhere to do that. I have a set. one that will not charge, and one that won't hold a charge. I like the charger, but the batteries that are supposed to "charge more than a thousand times" are dead in about 13 months., and my 360 has been out of service for well over half that time. please contact me to see what you can do.

My son loves how cool it looks with the lights when charging. Holds great and charges great, and pretty awesome it comes with the batteries so we didn’t have to make another purchase.

When it comes to third party electronics on Amazon you can always kind of tell before you buy whether you're going to get a quality item at a bargain or a cheaply made and poorly designed/tested foreign piece of crap. I just had a feeling this would be of the cheaply made variety but I bought it hoping I was wrong. I wasn't.Out of the box it showed some small amount of promise. The batteries fit in my original XBox 360 controllers (one white which came with the console and another original Microsoft brand controller in pink) and began charging like the instructions said when placed on the charging station. That's where anything good stopped. The batteries finished charging after about an hour which seemed a little early. But after taking them off the charger they turned on just fine. The problem was with actually using the controllers afterwards. They simply refuse to sync with the XBox 360 while these batteries are installed. I tried multiple times to sync both of my controllers to the 360 using the sync button on the system and the controllers. Each time the 360 recognized that the sync was attempting to take place, but immediately started rapidly blinking and then completely stopped. The controllers continue to power on indicating that the batteries have a charge, but something about these batteries will not allow the controllers to sync with the console.After all these failed attempts I put my battery pack shells back in my controllers with some fresh AA batteries and they immediately synched up with the system without a problem. Just more proof that the batteries that come with this product are not compatible with original XBox controllers as stated in the description. I'm not sure if the problem is that the batteries don't supply the proper voltage to the controllers which makes them not function properly or if the batteries aren't shielded properly and create some kind of interference that causes the wireless synching to the console to not work. Quite frankly I don't care. All I know is that the advertising is false when it comes to working with original XBox 360 controllers. The batteries in this are clearly don't match up to the specs of the original Microsoft ones or else they would actually work. The charger unit itself seemed a bit cheaply built but decent enough. I'll never know how well it would hold up because I returned this piece of crap after I realized it just didn't work. If you are reading this review, have original XBox 360 controllers, and are considering this product...please find a different one. This product will only leave you frustrated and out a few hours of time between trying to make it work and then returning it.
