This is the best purchase ever and I’ve actually got two of them! The biggest trick is to figure out how the heck to tie it to something!I will give you the best tip ever if you don’t have a giant wrought iron bed like I do then here’s a good tip. I actually strap mine to one of my exercise bikes and lay on the floor on my yoga mat and just keep pulling my body backwards.! it doesn’t really work as well on door knobs because it just seems too high I think and I don’t really have a door knob besides my front door that would hang onto it.The padding is awesome as long as you have figured out where it needs to go on your head and then you tighten the strap in the middle to help hang onto your head while you’re pulling.I have a different brand that hangs over the door, but hurts my face so badly just like all of them and this is the only one that will not hurt your face!I’m putting an example for all of you people that don’t have good reviews or have actually returned this.The photo that I’m attaching is probably not the best equipment because if I put it up higher, the whole thing will come and smash down on my face so it better be something that’s not going to tip over on your face! I only weigh 115 so the placement of this is really not going to pull down this equipment.I have pets so I don’t like cat hair on anything so I put it back in it’s little bag after I’m done each time.. . Just remember when you get it on, just keep slowly scooting your body the other direction and I can feel it all the way down my spine this way. If I had a person to be able to pull it, it would be nice as well, but this works perfectly.!!!! I can also have it in a convenient place and I will be taking it to the Physical Therapy I have to go to because another Physical Therapy is the one that suggested this.!!!!!Hope this all helps everyone and I was utterly shocked when I saw returns because I’ve had my other one for over a year and it still works great!Honestly, the manufacturing should give some more examples so this is not a returned item because I don’t know why the heck you would ever return this thing!!!!!

I can definitely feel the relief in my neck when I use it, I just wish it was more adjustable. Hanging it from the doorknob doesn't give a whole lot of resistance, even on the shortest setting. It would be great if you could adjust it from both ends to have it sit higher up for more traction. Right now I can kind of get more by sliding myself away from the door, but that also doesn't seem to cradle my head as well

Maybe its me - its really dependant on what you hang it from. Directly overhead seems like it could just cradle your head & take the weight off your neck & shoulders. That would have value - but I've yet to find a place to use it the way I think it'll be best.I do think its over priced. I think you could make one much cheaper. But the concept is good. If you don't sew& can hang it from the top of a door I think it could be effective.Updating - so I found a way to hang this just above the pillow on my bed... hooked to a cupboard. And thats the ticket. You need to find a place to hang it so when you lie in bed or on the floor, it holds your head - keeping the weight off the neck. If you are able to do that, its wonderful.

game changer. only wish I could could get paid for telling people about this. have had serious neck issues for ages. this product really makes a difference. I bought one for my daughter as well and she loves it. once you get it adjusted to your needs it really helps get the kinks out between chiropractor visits.

save your money. It does not hold my head up at all. hits the floor and doesn't do anything beneficial.

I never write reviews but I have to about this. I am so grateful, I finally am getting some relief in my neck pain. The first day I used it I laid in it for 15 minutes and that night noticed my shoulder tension (which is a lifelong battle to manage) gone. Completely gone. My mom used to joke that she could bounce quarters off my traps because they were so tight and they actually relaxed. My neck pain that's usually around my C2 to C4? Gone. I used to get put in traction at the chiropractor but I can't afford to go anymore. I am so happy I got this I could cry. My migraines have decreased in frequency, my upper back pain and neck pain is managed by taking some "me" time to lay down, and I can feel it starting to slowly help stretch throughout my spine with repeated use. I love that you adjust the tension by how far away from the door/wall you lay. It's a no brainer to set up, and they didn't short change you on the inner padding. Three huge foam pads hug your head gently. As I said at the beginning of this, I've never written a review before. I had to for this, it's the best choice I've ever made to help manage my neck pain and my migraines. I can't sing this company's praises enough.
