The MIHAYO 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter for Seniors & Adults is what I was looking for. I had another scooter before and knew what to look for in a scooter. I wanted a modular scooter so I could remove the battery and the seat. That means I have a lighter scooter to put in my car, and I can charge the battery at home. On hot days when I'm at home, the battery is in my apartment and not exposed to excess heat.I love that the tires are replaceable by the end user. With my last scooter, the motors were located in the wheels, and when I wore those wheels down, I couldn't find anyone to repair them. The MiHAYO scooter is comfortable, reliable, and easy to operate.I can walk a few hundred yards and then my legs hurt. I put the scooter in my car and take the scooter out and enjoy going on the sidewalk and going all over.

It takes a little mechanical knowledge to assemble due to very brief instructions but I figured it all out ok. The battery was at about 80% charge so I fully charged it before riding. The cart was shipped with the in gear/free wheel selector, located on the lower right side near the right rear wheel in the in gear position. It is easier to assemble in the free wheel position. It alarms if you turn on the key in the free wheel position. Once assembled and charged, a test ride both inside the assisted living complex where I now live and outside on the paved road around the complex was impressive. The cost was much less than other carts and offers much more. I'm happy with my choice.

My scooter arrived a couple days before it said it would. Unfortunately it arrived damaged (fedex fault not the companies) but I was highly impressed with how quickly their customer service got back to me about my concern. Within 2 hours an email in response to my damaged scooter with different options on how they could make things right! Customer service alone gets them the 5 stars but the scooter itself is amazing as well. The handles can be adjusted to fit your arm length and the seat is adjustable as well. I was in a horrible car accident that has left me with mobility issues and this scooter is my key to being able to do more again. The seat is a little uncomfortable for my back so I will be upgrading it to a captains chair. But overall excellent quality!

Received the scooter sooner than the expected delivery date. First impression was that it’s very attractive with a beautiful red finish and a comfortable seat. It’s very well made, sturdy and doesn’t look or feel cheap but is light enough that I can get it in the back of my SUV. The scooter drives very smooth and is quite zippy if you dial up the speed. Just what my wife needs to get around and we take it on the ship when we go on cruises. The battery also lasts a very long time. I contacted customer service with a minor issue and they responded immediately and took care of the matter no questions asked. We’re totally pleased with this scooter and would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I love his new mobility scooter! We have always both been very active. But his recent back and knee surgery have hampered his ability to walk long distances, so our traveling had been curtailed. This scooter is perfect for his needs! We love that the speed is adjustable and that the size is perfect for maneuvering in crowds, elevators, etc. And we have had no issues putting it in our vehicle due to the light weight of it. We looked at several scooters and are very happy with our choice. Highly recommend!

Considering the significant cost, I was initially hesitant to make the purchase. I have a pre-existing condition—bone-on-bone in my left knee—and am awaiting surgery, while also planning a vacation. To avoid limiting my mobility and impacting my enjoyment of the trip, I decided to proceed with the purchase, and I am very glad that I did. Assembly was remarkably straightforward. The ride is exceptionally stable, and it feels as though I am running! It prioritizes freedom over restriction. At 5'7" and 297 pounds, it handles my weight well. Turning is manageable; while not instantaneous, it's perfectly adequate and easy to control.

I love this scooter. Was so easy to put together. I am able to move the steering closer to my body to drive, as well as arm rests can be moved to allow for a wider person. It has plenty of speed, but has an easy turn down knob to also control how fast I go. Two baskets and mittors are a bonus. Very happy with my purchase.

This little Red Scooter is a great help for getting me around safely. I call him (My Little Rascal).I have had no problems with this machine which I purchased April 30th I waited until now to make sure it was worthy for a 5-Star review.
