For a long time, I was looking for a cookbook with healthy recipes which I can follow for my diet and reduce weight. I am happy that I found something finally. I was so thrilled to start reading this eBook and begin cooking the amazing recipes presented on the page. If you are looking for a diet plan that is easy, fun, and tasty I wouldn't look any further. I was surprised by how many recipes were in the book. It included recipes with protein, vegetables, and surrounding all three meals while staying in the 1,200-calorie range. The recipes were easy to follow, and nothing was too difficult to make. I really enjoyed this cookbook. It has a great introduction to how calorie counting can be beneficial to losing weight, and the recipes are delicious and a lot of them are easy to follow. The 30-day meal plan also is super helpful. It really gives you a great tool to start a new diet. I like the variety of recipes, there are nutritious, satisfying meals that are still delicious. Each recipe is crafted to keep you full and energized while still keeping your calorie goals. The recipes focus on being delicious, budget friendly and easy to prepare. Many of the recipes are quick, made in 30 minutes or less. Which is great because I'm usually super busy with work. This is a fantastic cookbook! I would highly recommend it.
