Actually didn’t heat up as I would have thought better than I expected !

Very pleased that i was able to buy a sensible length of red and black as i had used up all i had. Excellent quality stuff nice and flexible same as was in the coloured set i bought earlier. Just the right thing for connecting up low-voltage bits and pieces

In the discerption it says it’s good for RC models and batteries so I didn’t bother to check to make sure the gauge was good enough because it said so.It isn’t the kind of wire you would use in RC models and batteries at all it’s way too thin for that, it’s only 1.6mm thick and the wires used for RC models and batteries are normally 2-3 times thicker. I’m not saying it’s a bad product, just don’t buy it for what there saying it’s good for. I wish I never got it as you can get 10 meters of the same wire for £5 and this was £6 for only 8 feet. I only got it coz they said it was good for battery’s

The wire is really flexable and soft, its similar to a good quaility headphone wire. Used a set of plyers to remove the ends which came off really easy so there may be some issues if you plan to put it anywhere where it will be rubbed agains, or around sharp areas.
