This is a great product that I believe performs as advertised. I was only able to take half the amount suggested but it is working for me and I would recommend it and plan to buy the daily use capsules, as well.

Not sure if my water intake is off or what but I do not believe this product should have let me go three days without a bowel movement. Perhaps it was stage freight due to my high expectations but either way, not the one for me...(sad face)
