I contacted the original manufacture Robots Everywhere and after following his excellent testing directions he decided the unit should be replaced
I purchased the MK6 which is the 8 watt version through a secondary seller which had some power loss issues. I contacted the original manufacture Robots Everywhere and after following his excellent testing directions he decided the unit should be replaced. He did so without any hassle in fact went above and beyond. I will buy another larger laser from Robots Everywhere, I can’t give any higher recommendation than to vote with my wallet and purchase again from this seller. I am very selective about my feedback but if I could I’d give Robots Everywhere a solid 10 for after sale service & support. I have my unit mounted on the Creality 10S side by side to my 3D print head. Works great, I’ve now engraved in a continuous run more than a hundred 3.5” wooden coaster with no issues!

Excellent Product and Service!
Laser worked exactly as advertised. Support was prompt, patient, and extensive (especially to a non-technical person like me). And it was challenging to get it up and running on my existing Cubex 3d printer with its proprietary hardware and firmware. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of adding a laser for engraving/shallow cutting to their existing hardware.

Great add-on for a 3D printer
I attatched it to the extruder from my QU-BD OneUp with a custom hold and created a custom tile holder for a wall tile to cut on something. It works quite well as expected and I already cut lots of paper after doing some calibration tests.
