Ramili Electric Multifunction Baby Bottle Steam (Steriliser)

No problem with this item I bought and quite happy with the purchase price, it does the job is supposed to do.

Where do I start, with the good.. Item was received the next day well packaged. Sadly thats where the good ends.On opening the item gives the impression that it should be a quality product. It claims that it sterilises every 6 or 12 hours depending on which the user would prefer, this was one of the main reasons i bought this specific item.The user instructions are vague and almost impossible to understand as there are no pictures of the different parts. Not only are they vague but they are wrong and inconsistent.The first use of the steriliser on single sterilise mode blew my electrics out. The second use blew the steriliser and it wouldn't turn back on for half an hour. I worked out it was blowing because the water stated to add was not enough.I tried contacting customer services for Ramili, never any answer, no answer phone. There website also had a virus when i tried to go on it.I have been left with no faith in this item, i cannot use it without watching it closing so i may as well be boiling the bottles and not have extra bulky items in my kitchen.Needless to say there would be no way I would chance leaving this plugged in for the 6 or 12 hour modes.Avoid Unsafe.

Not had chance to use it yet as it has a european 2 pin plug not uk 3 pin. I now have to find the correct type of adaptor as it also appears theres more than one type of european plug! A headache I could of done without!

Very good sterilizer, lots of space,takes 6 Dr Brown's bottles and sterilizes in 18 minutes.

It does exactly wot I expected it to do, so I've no complaints at all.
