Reduces my joint inflammation and neck pain which is a huge deal for me. My acupuncturist said my overall circulation has improved since I started wearing.Not really sure what the other purchasers are complaining about, it has never come unsnapped or undone. It has been perfect while putting a wetsuit on and off and several other activities. Worked trade shows and had heavy contact with products and materials during set up and break down times as well with no issues. So satisfied I bought one for my wife for Christmas.

I like that it's not as heavy as the black steel one I wore. As far as helping with pain, I don't believe it really works. But, I wear one 24/7. I believe wearing a brace at night help eliminate the pain during the early hours of the AM. I'm almost 40 yrs old, and I was having the exact symptoms of CTS. The brace helps keep my wrist straight, and since wearing one, and a bracelet, I've not woke up once at 2 AM in severe pain. It's been 3 months now. But I did figure out what works quick when I did wake up at 2 AM with pain. Stick your hand in a bucket of ice, or ice in a ziplock bag, and place it on your inner wrist for 15-20 sec, then on the outside. Or until you can't stand the coldness. Within that 20 sec, the pain went away for me. I tried that 2-3 nights in a row, before buying a brace, and it did help. But anyways, the only thing that I don't like about this bracelet is that it seems to come off easily. If I brush against something, or reaching in my pocket to get my keys, the band does come undone sometimes. Unless, I slide it further up my arm, so it doesn't catch on my pocket

This is a well made bracelet. It has 5 high Gauss magnets and each is 3000 Gauss. It is 100% waterproof. It now comes with 2 strap tucks which secure it and prevent accidental unhooking. it is fully adjustable. Two of the magnets are to be pushed into holes which attach both strap ends to each other. I have osteoarthritis in my wrist and hand. This bracelet provides pain relief as well as other benefits including energy and better sleep.

Really nice looking. Figured I’d give the magnet/ element thing a try. No idea if they actually work, but hard to wear. It’s bulkier than I was expecting and the two loops are a pain. They seem to move around while wearing it and once they move away from the band connector it always comes loose. Then it’s super hard to get back in place. All in all not horrible but I rarely wear it

Bought this for Brother's birthday. He is a painter/retired meatcuttrer. He said he could feel the effects almost immediately. Reduduced the pain in his wrist, only thing wrong was he had a problem putting it on his wrist.

Itis hard to say if it works. I used it when I feel wrist pain and I think it helps but at the begining I have no pain and start using it and when I took it off my wrist was hurting. Now I have the wrist band sitting inside my drawer most of the time.

Great for style, but not much else. It doesn't help with pain at all, the price tag is way too high, and the product doesn't really do much else other than look pretty.

Didn't help my back and fell apart within a week. Don't waste your money.

I have had this item for just over one month and it is already falling apart, the material is all cracking and it looks like the magnets are about to fall out, there is a big range of this type of product out there and this seemed to be a bit more durable and that bit dearer but not worth the extra money, not good at all

Magnet fell out of strap should be easy to replace but seems to be impossible to contact seller (lost within 2 weeks whilst wearing)

Not sure how it works, but I’m sleeping easier and less aches in the morning

Comes apart every so often!
