Inadequate packaging.
Product arrived promptly, was pleased with the size and quality of the rug,price was fair at £25 - for these days I suppose.Only real complaint was the packaging, one layer of thin, transparent plastic.Had snagged in a few places on its journey, so the rug could have beendamaged but luckily was ok.
