works great, just pierced my nose and the spray is strong enough to spray off old blood without hurting! smell is fine just salty lol. It doesn’t dry out my nose. using is easy just have to press a little harder on the button thing. size of both bottles are great they’re gonna last awhile.

I recently got my helix and seconds done and needed to restock on saline spray. I usually use the NeilMed spray but decided to try this one instead since it was much cheaper. You honestly can’t tell the difference, both have the same gentle mist, which is great for not aggravating new piercings. I’ve been using this one twice a day for the past month, and my piercings have been healing great!

I love this product so much !! I have a lot of piercings and i have used this on almost all of them and they healed perfectly !! It has no smell so if you get nauseous easily this will not make you nauseous hopefully !! But this product makes the healing process so much easier, its easy to use and feels so refreshing !!
