Low Impact Jumping Is Going To Help Me Build Bone Mass
I have osteoporosis and besides that, over 30 years ago when I was in my early 30s, I had a complete hip replacement. Because of that, high impact exercising is out of the question. My Doctor told me Never to run, jump, bend or move certain ways. Certain things can pop a hip right out of the socket. A few years ago after I had a hip revision, he told me to get a mini tramp because they provide low impact exercising that will help build the bone mass I am losing with the osteoporosis. The Ancheer Foldable Mini Trampoline came in last week and I have been testing it out daily. I am a small older woman, and I find this mini tramp easy to set up, tear down and move about. The springs (32 Of them) are strong and I don't feel like I will fall using this... Plus, there is a cover that goes over the springs so you don't pinch your skin when you sit on it to do certain exercises. I suggest you leave the protective spring cover on when exercising and jumping. If your foot would go through the springs, you could get hurt pretty badly. The spring cover for me is a nice safety feature. There are 6 rows of sewing that hold the trampoline onto the springs. It is very well sewn and looks like it will never come apart there. The part you jump on also looks to be a very sturdy nylon type material. The 8 legs of the mini tramp are 7 1/2 inches each with a plastic cover over each bottom. They are made of a heavy metal that screws to the bottom of the base. When fully set up it measures almost 38 inches across and almost 9 inches high. (37.4 X 8.6).Pros:. Easy to assemble. Easy to carry. Feels very sturdy under my feet. That is important since I lose my balance easily.Cons:Honestly, I can't think of anything wrong with this. It is something I have been looking for and I really like it.Check out my video. I show the set up, (tear down is just reversed so I didn't show that, but it is easy) I did a few jumping jacks in the video, plus I ran in place. That is something I haven't done in years. I feel so blessed for getting the chance to do this review. I am so thankful.

Good rebounder for the price
I ordered this back in the beginning of January, when I was looking to have something to do some cardio on in the winter, rather then trudging to the gym in the freezing cold. This rebounder did not disappoint. It is made very well, its very sturdy and was easy to put together. It is pretty quiet, it squeaks only slightly at times, I oiled the springs once or twice, not that it was really a big issue at all. I have not folded it back up, since I set it up. I just stand it on its side when not in use. So for most of January and all of February and some of March I rebounded , jogged in place, did jumping jacks a few times a week, I got up to an hour at a time. I am a runner and a fitness type person and I give this item a good rating, taking into consideration the price . I did not want to spend 200, 300 dollars and up for something I was not sure if I'd like doing at all. Also I am a male, a bit over 6ft tall and 180 pounds and this thing held up fine. The bounce back is good and the trampoline surface is a quality, strong material. A factor in choosing this rebounder was the leg height, as I do this in a basement with a 7 foot ceiling. I have not had any problems really. I am also not rebounding up and down with all my might, if I did that my head would hit the ceiling.

Superior Product
Very robust package, fast delivery ( 2 days), easy to install ( though manual recommended to install with two persons' joint efforts, I did it by my own), very good quality. I tested with myself and my daughter.

I love this rebounder since I cannot impact my spine running
The ancient chinese say bouncing is a cure for 10,000 illnesses. So true . Wake up your internal health and revitalizing aptitude naturally, and simply. I love this rebounder since I cannot impact my spine running . This has very low impact if done correctly. Be cool, bounce to the new you. And turn that darn TV off.

Very .sturdy. I weigh 220lbs and run in place 30 mins/day. Plenty of bounce and no signs of wear. This is a keeper.

Excellent product! I feel more energized after jumping on ...
Excellent product! I feel more energized after jumping on this for about 5 minutes each morning. It's also supposed to be helping my lymph nodes which is a plus. Much better than cheaper trampolines on my achy knee and low back joints, including the Stamina 36-Inch Folding Trampoline which I initially owned

Perfect if you work at home on the computer
Best and most economical piece of equipment in my home gym. I love this thing! It's sturdy, looks good, and feels like it will last a long time. I work from home at my computer all day long. I have a spin bike, weights, and one of those all-in-one machines, but don't have the funds for a good treadmill, so I bought this. What a great purchase! I've been jogging in place a few times a day for 4 months now and I feel so much better. It's not as strong of a cardiovascular workout as a treadmill, but it will do, especially during the winter months, until I can save up for my treadmill.
