This was really good for baking, even for a bread recipe that required quite a large amount, it didn't turn purple when baked like another brand that I tried. Will buy it again.

Value for money, stunning effect on digestion - started with two teaspoons but after a week or so only one is more than enough.Stunning - because before this one, was taking from another brand (very organic), massive difference -3 teaspoons of other one like drinking bread crumbs and no much difference while THIS ONE - no taste, easy to drink, soo tiny bits but solid, perfect texture and amazing results. Works so great, that I had to reduce to one teaspoon, and wow.Will definitely buy AGAIN, already recommended to friends

Fine ground husk so not like some others that float in water like sawdust.I find it mixes easily if you treat it a bit like you would making a flour paste. Add a little bit of water till it binds then quickly add the rest and drink before it thickens like paste.Tasteless and works a treat on moving things along in the gut.

Purchased this to help with regularity! Reading the reviews re lumpy when mixing with water. Very expensive for the amount you get. Especially if you want to use more for cooking.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Very pour quality of this powder . I ordered before and liked the product but the last one was impossible to use . It would turn into a lump straight away - disappointing

The brand I usually buy was not available so thought I would try this one. Unlike my usual one this one turns purple when cooked. As I was making seed crackers it was not such an issue but I will have to pass on using it to make tortillas. Hopefully my usual brand will be back in stock at some time to use in making tortillas.
