Elementa Essentials Organic Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast Powder 300 Grams, Gluten Free

I bought two Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast Powder. One for myself and one for my husband. My husbands reaction was skeptical, especially since the taste was not what he expected. After a couple of days, he said, "For the first time, something I am doing is working." He has terrible psoriasis which is caused an autoimmune disorder with severe inflammation of the skin. He was feeling the effects start to subside. It has been over one week and he still feels like it is helping him with his skin and his digestion. We are looking forward to what the future brings.

I use NY to make salad dressing. There is an excellent recipe from another brand. This powder works well for the salad dressing. However, I prefer the flakes for topping food, even popcorn. The powder seems to taste different than the flakes on food. Blended into things, though, this powder is just fine, and I feel good knowing it is organic, as well. I always choose non-fortified to avoid synthetic B vitamins in normal NY.

I love that it isn't fortified but the flavor is not my favorite. Unfortunately I prefer Raw Food World.

I was happy about the ingredients, however the size for your money is ridiculous! This will be gone soon and close to 30 dollars for such a small amount is not worth it even though the quality is there. Again the picture is deceiving on amazon it makes it look larger than it is.

I had read that nutritional yeast is great for the gut so looked for the best value for my health. This did not disappoint. Will be reordering.

Not cheesy tasting like many. Mild taste, more on the unpleasant side.
