I would never usually write a review but...... The crossrope is an incredibly well engineered bit of kit. I never would have thought so much thought and engineering excellence could go into a skipping rope. I'm a pretty decent with a jump. Been doing pretty consistently for over 25 years and consider myself a bit of a ninja. Well let me tell you that the weighted, interchangeable concept is a game changer. Not only does the weight of the "rope" throughly increase the effort required to jump (I would think little of 45 minutes to a hour of cardio with a regular rope and I was done in after 30 minutes with this little gem), it makes you better at skipping due ro the increased resistance of the weighted rope. It makes all the movements and tricks more definite and achievable. 5 stars, awesome bit of kit that I would recommend to anyone.

The half pound one split open after 2 months ....not worth it

It's a bit pricey, but a good investment. I use mine every day. It's also very convenient to bring with me when traveling and there's no gym.

I'd say that there are two types of jump ropes and one is the Crossrope system. I researched for a while before taking the plunge to shell out about £85 to buy this bad boy. Man, I am getting another set for wifey. You can't put a price on good equipment. This one is certainly the best I've used.Crossrope did say that, "Your workouts are about to get more FAST, EFFECTIVE, and FAST. Mine became all 3 the very first day I used this rope. You guys certainly did your research and development. Now, I am certain that I will be jumping rope for a long time.

Been using this crossrope jump rope for over two weeks now. Is the build quality good? Absolutely. Does it feel great to use? You bet! Is it worth the price? Probably not. Don't get me wrong, this product is amazing, but shouldn't really cost more than half the asking price. I'll keep mine simply because they price itself motivates me to use it, otherwise it's wasted money.

Just started out. So skipping is new to me. Having done a little research . I discovered this item which ticked all the boxes. I've started out with the thicker of the two ropes supplied. This really helps when you're a beginner. It's all very well made, which you would expect for a premium product. I would definitely recommend.

I haven’t used these much as it’s been cold outside and I don’t really have the height needed to use it indoors. With that being said, I did use it a few times and it works great and is very smooth rotating. The ropes gave nice weight to them and I hope to get to use them more when the weather warms up but for now I will suffer in the cold.I also want to say that both the seller on amazon and Crossrope both have very excellent customer service. I mean not only is the product very well built, but the communication and willingness to help was just awesome. When I got my rope one of the bearings wasn’t moving very well and the handles that were pictured in the add were not the ones I got. I guess when I got my order I got the older style of handles, not a big deal but the one bearing was making a little bit of noise and wasn’t moving as free as it’s counter part. I contact both the seller and Crossrope. Not only did Crossrope sent me a brand new pair of handles within a few days of contacting them (quick shipping considering there were going to Ontario from North Carolina) but they responded to my emails within a very reasonable time. The seller on the other hand, they made things right by sending me small refund for the troubles but they also sent me a update model of handles. Needless to say I have 3 pairs of handles so no need to clip and unclip between sets.I would 110% recommend Crossrope to anyone, just based on customer service alone. Sometimes you pay a little more money for a product you think might be too much but seriously if they backup the price with customer service I think that in itself is worth the extra cost. I believe the ropes are worth the money, even without the amazing customer service they are just great quality and look good. I also would highly recommend the seller as well as they also had good communication and made things right in a very reasonable amount of time.Only one con I really have is the crappy bag they give you to hold the rope. Not a deal breaker in any way shape or form and really I don’t care too much. Just wanted to give it a mention as it’s really the only small little thing I don’t like. But hey, the $1 stores sell all kinds of bags you can use to hold the ropes.Hope my review helps.

The best one for beginners. I am 27 and never used jump rope my entire life. I started working out recently and purchased these ropes both lean and heavy ones, after watching jumpropedudes youtube videos. And this has changed my life. It took me 30 mins to learn jumprope from their videos, and these ropes are made from a very high quality material. These jumpropes just made it more fun. Also installed the app to follow their workouts. Totally worth the money.

These ropes are the easiest Ive used which makes jump rope much more enjoyable. You get what you pay for when it comes to jump ropes. These are very very nice ropes! Tge handles are so comfortable!! The ball bearings are like butter!! I love these!! The app with workouts is cool too!! Im loving my new ropes!
