King foam insoles are simple stock insoles replacement. They work for all foot types but recommended for mid to high arch. Simply replace stock insoles with King foam insoles, trim to fit if needed and use in shoes with 4-6mm thick stock insoles.

Size down on this product
Runs very big, probably a full size too big.Ordered my shoe size(12) and its bigger than the outsole of my shoe.

It might get you shoes too tight if you don`t have the opportunity to try it.
Awesome insoles for my runs. I've been suffering with foot pain for some months... Nothing too serious, but as a experienced mid-long distance runner I was starting to get worried.I have tried this beauty for 3 runs and haven`t felt any pain at all. Something that was usual the last month.So was totally worth the money.
