BELLA12 cup Programmable Coffee Maker

Light duty effective colorful coffee maker that is sleek and cute. Its fast functional and not too big. I love the digital aspects simplicity. It is very easy to use and brews coffee pretty quickly. I like that it comes with a reusable coffee filter too. Its an eco one, but none the less its a nice touch.

This is a very nice coffee maker; very well made. Love the color.

Works well and looks great on the counter. The only flaw is that it is harder than it should be to fill the water reservoir- there is a bar in the middle that hasn’t been in any of my previous coffee makers. It also is a little louder than my old coffee makers.

I purchased this to replace an older Bella coffee maker that I had for years. We loved it and it was a workhorse in our house and looked nice to boot. When it finally died, I wanted to stick to the brand since we had such a good experience with it and bought this one. This one worked well for almost exactly 2 months. One day, I brewed a pot of coffee and heard a crack to see that the carafe had cracked on the side near the handle. Still not sure what caused it, and was disappointed that it happened after such a short time, but it was clearly not supposed to do this and I thought for sure the company would help with a replacement part. They did not. Trying to get a replacement part or machine was the most aggravating experience I have ever had with customer service. They were impersonal form e-mails that didn't care at all about the issue. At the end, they were unwilling to replace or exchange the machine. The only remedy was to physically mail a check for below replacement cost. Horrendous. I will never purchase this brand again and advise anyone else to steer clear and choose another brand that will actually provide service in the unfortunate event something goes wrong. Waste of money!

Lovely coffee maker and it adds a splash of color! Worth the $.

This is a great little coffee maker for the price. Its nothing fancy, but I like it. All I need it to do is be programmable for weekdays, and it is. It makes a hotter pot of coffee than my last, more expensive one, and it doesn't drip onto the burner when I take it out- even if its still brewing. It even has water lines on the pot for amount water vs actual amount of coffee that will be brewed which is nice. The color is a little more country blue, less teal/ slate blue than I was hoping, but its still cute. I also like that it is overall smaller than my last one. It has a mesh, washable coffee filter or can be used with paper filters. I would prefer not to have hot coffee pouring through plastic, but all my coffee makers have been that way. The only critique is that the top seems to be bowing a little or maybe it was always like that, but it doesn't sit perfectly flat, making it look a little cheap. Again, for the price it does everything it should do and looks super cute.

I begin my day with coffee magic as the caramel pecan brews before getting out of bed. The program timer begins the brew cycle, wafting the delightful scent of coffee throughout the cottage. Be sure to pay attention to am and pm when setting the program feature. I reset it late one night and hit pm, causing me to think it broke. Nope user glitch.The carafe glass feels strong.No need for paper filters. The reusable basket washes up fine.Brews several hotel size cups of coffee or about 6 15oz normal mug sizes.Makes my day magical as I just have to pour the brew, add Jordan's Skinny Mixes caramel pecan and half n half, and stir positive manifestations into my day.The only issue I had came from misplacing the booklet and struggling to reset the clock when the power went out all over the coast.I got the gorgeous sea glass color on a lightning sale. But I'd pay full price for the quality and Bella brand. Overall, a touch of magic!
