Underwater Treasures Mangrove Root - Large

I was so worried the whole time this was in shipping because all the reviews said it had broke while in transit. When it got here it was perfect. Great packaging! It was in three boxes. The only thing I didn't like was that the box it was in said fragile, take care, but then Amazon stuck a box over it which didn't indicate to be careful withthe package. But it was still in perfect condition upon arrival.

I ordered 2 of the large tree roots as the same time received 1 earlier that was in ok condition. The 2nd one arrived with a broken base and beat up box. I put in for an replacement and the replacement arrived broken. I'm unable to get another replacement at this time. Being forced to take the refund. Probably purchased the last 2. Not a good experience with this tree root due to poor manufacturing and packaging.

I must be lucky or the large size is more durable, but my order was not damaged in any way. I already had the medium sized one which I bought at a pet store.Very nice detail work. Tank is 75 gallon bowfront.

The detail and realistic look of this is unbeatable. However, of the four i have ordered, three have arrived shattered. Even the exchange order was smashed. I have never experienced anything like this. The last one I received looked identical to the first one I sent back - which feels intentional (likely not). Given the material - I was able to glue pieces back onto it - however some of the pieces turn to dust when they break, so there are gaps and holes.

Bought one of these and a one of the smaller ones to go in my planted 75g angelfish tank. Came quickly and no damage. It reaches the top of the water line and looks very realistic. I'm not a fan of driftwood so this was a perfect addition to my natural looking setup

Would be nice if not smashed. Arrived broken into 13 pieces. Ordering a second one and hoping for better luck.

Delivered an excellent condition and just as described good quality

I forget exactly where I read it, but there was a review stating that the paint was coming off the item. I have 6 pieces and on four of them, the paint is coming off. They will not be going back into the tank. Too expensive to have this issue. Cheap crap from china.The piece arrived, in pieces, but nothing un-repairable. It was wrapped in a single, small cell bubble wrap, which is insufficient Even if I do a bad repair, both areas can be faced to the rear. Other than that, it a beautiful piece and will look good in tank.
